We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days of receipt of purchase. This can be delayed during sale periods. 

Orders will be sent via Australia Post. Postage times will vary depending on location, especially rural areas. Tracking details will be provided once your order is finalised. Our warehouse is located in Australia (NSW, 2877). 

All orders will ship with standard/regular service via AUSTRALIA POST unless Express post is selected.

**French Soda is not VAT registered in any EU Member State. If you are located in the UK all prices displayed on our website are VAT exclusive. VAT may be charged upon delivery.

****French Soda is not responsible for any delays or further charges incurred as a result of customs clearance or mail service interruptions.

***Items will be sent via Australia Post with Authority to Leave. This is based on delivery driver's discretion, and they may opt to leave a collection card.

Please note that we will assist with tracking your delivery, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays once the goods have been handed over to the freight carrier. 

Wholesale Shipping 

Shipping for wholesale orders is based on order weight, dimensions and postcode. A quote will be provided prior to the goods being shipped.
