When will I receive my order?

We send all orders via Australia Post. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays or missed delivery attempts. Be sure to check your tracking first and then contact us if you require further assistance.

 

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Please refer to the notes on our size guideand contact us if you need further assistance.

 

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code can be applied per order (this includes bundle discounts). Discount codes will not apply to already reduced prices. 

 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

We want you to get your French Soda to you as quickly as possible and pack orders as quickly as we can. To request a change, contact us – but please be aware that if your order has been packed, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

 

What is the return policy? 

We will accept returns on products purchased at full RRP only. Change of mind return items must be unworn with ALL packaging intact and unmarked. 

Change of mind returns are not possible on items listed as 'Clearance' or 'Seconds'. All sales for 'Seconds' products are final.

Freight costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

How do I return an item?

Contact us to with your order number to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 5 days of delivery.

Please allow up to 10 days for your account to be credited. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. As French Soda is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you use registered mail.

 

Can I exchange an online item?

Apologies but we do not offer direct exchanges. Item/s to be exchanged should be sent back within 5 days of delivery for a refund and the new item/s repurchased as a new order. 

 

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please contact us should any of your products have a fault. We will exchange or refund faulty item/s providing we are notified within 3 months of purchase, receive adequate evidence and the fault is not associated with misuse. Pease also see our full Terms and Conditions.

 

Help, my boots look white and chalky.

Natural rubber can develop a chalky white powder or ‘bloom’. This is a characteristic of natural rubber and occurs when certain particles rise to the surface. It will not impact the durability of the boots and can be removed by using a rubber conditioner. We recommend ‘Woly Gumboot Care’ spray.
