Returns & Exchanges
Change of mind returns are not possible on items listed as 'Clearance' or 'Seconds'. All sales for 'Seconds' products are final.
Freight costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns. Change of mind return items must be unworn with swing tags intact.
How do I return an online item?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to with your order number to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) code within 5 days of delivery.
Please allow up to 10 days for your account to be credited. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. As French Soda is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you use registered mail.Can I exchange an online item?
French Soda does not offer the ability to do a direct exchange online. Item/s to be exchanged should be sent back within 7 days of delivery for a refund and the new item/s repurchased as a new order.
What if an item is faulty?
Please contact email@example.com should any of your products have a fault. We are happy to exchange or refund faulty item/s providing we are notified within 3 months of date of purchase.
How do I return an International Order?
