We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receipt of purchase. This can be delayed during sale periods.

Orders will be sent via Express Australia Post. Postage times will vary depending on location especially rural areas. Tracking details will be provided once your order is finalised.

Please note that we will assist with tracking your delivery, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays once the goods have been handed over to the freight carrier.

FREE AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING is provided on orders over $100.

New Zealand

Shipping to New Zealand is $36 via Australia Post Express. We can not be held responsible to delays with customs clearance.

FREE NZ SHIPPING orders over $150.
French Soda offer you a return for change of mind on all products purchased at full RRP.

Change of mind returns are not possible on items listed as 'Clearance' or 'Seconds'. All sales for 'Seconds' products are final.

Freight costs for returns are non-refundable. Return items must be unworn with swing tags intact and still in original packaging for a full refund.

How do I return an online item?

Contact us to with your order number to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) code within 5 days of delivery.

Please allow up to 10 days for your account to be credited. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. As French Soda is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you use registered mail.

Can I exchange an online item?

French Soda does not offer the ability to do a direct exchange online. Item/s to be exchanged should be sent back within 5 days of delivery for a refund and the new item/s repurchased as a new order.

What if an item is faulty?

Please contact us should any of your products have a fault. We are happy to exchange or refund faulty item/s providing we are notified within 3 months of date of purchase.
