French Soda offer you a return for change of mind on all products purchased at full RRP.

Change of mind returns are not possible on items listed as 'Clearance' or 'Seconds'. All sales for 'Seconds' products are final.

Freight costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns. Change of mind return items must be unworn with swing tags intact. 

How do I return an online item?

Contact info@frenchsoda.com.au to with your order number to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) code within 7 days of delivery. Once issued with a RA code, send item/s to the address below with your RA code, order number and name.

Please allow up to 10 days for your account to be credited. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. As French Soda is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you use registered mail.

French Soda does not offer the ability to do a direct exchange online. Item/s to be exchanged should be sent back within 7 days of delivery for a refund and the new item/s repurchased as a new order. 

What if an item is faulty?

Please contact info@frenchsoda.com.au should any of your products have a fault. We are happy to exchange or refund faulty item/s providing we are notified within 6 months of date of purchase.

How do I return an International Order?

International returns must be made through our Customer Service Team. Contact info@frenchsoda.com.au.

Orders within Australia

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of purchase. This can be delayed during sale periods. 

At this stage, we are unable to deliver to a PO box or parcel locker, so a physical address is required. Postage times will vary depending on location especially rural areas.

We use Toll Priority and Couriers Please services. Both services have a 2-3 day delivery window, however can be slightly longer over busy periods. Please note: Shipping times are from the date of shipment notification not the order date.

International Orders

Postage is automatically calculated for international orders. Estimated 10-14 business day delivery to metropolitan areas of major cities, and slightly longer for rural areas.
